John Deere offers a complete range of Stage III A engines to drive diesel generator sets from 30 to 300 kVA, with displacements from 2.9 to 9.0 liters. The generator engines that John Deere has recently added to its range comply with all Stage III A emission standards that came into force in 2011, which apply to non-emergency and mobile diesel generator sets used as the main source of power in Europe. We also offer a complete range of reliable Stage II and non-green certified engines for use in diesel generator sets used as backup power and in areas where environmental standards are not enforced.
John Deere employs field proven electronic control systems on nearly the entire power range of engines. These systems help provide load adaptation, environmentally friendly power generation, improved engine diagnostics and monitoring, and easy synchronization when multiple power plants are operated in parallel. Electronic control systems also facilitate switching between frequencies. While Stage III A motors are optimally suited for 50Hz at 1500rpm as required by European customers, they easily switch to 60Hz at 1800rpm to meet the needs manufacturers of diesel generator sets that are exported to other regions.
John Deere benefits the owner of a diesel generator. All engine service points are on one side for easy access and reduced service time. The design of the new engines ensures that noise and vibration levels are kept to a minimum, and the crankcase gas cleaning system (OCV) makes the air around the plant cleaner.
Wherever your diesel generator sets are shipped, they will meet the environmental standards in force in most countries.
Redundant power supply. In the European Community (EC), emergency backup power supplies are not subject to environmental standards, while the EPA requires emergency backup power supplies to be Tier 3 compliant.
Main power supply. As of 2011, installations used as the primary power source must comply with Stage III A in Europe and Interim Tier 4 in North America.
John Deere Generator Engines keep your diesel engine up to standard and give your customers peace of mind. Wherever your diesel generators are shipped, they will meet the environmental standards in force in most countries.
Engine for a generator for a current frequency of 50 Hz
The existing power range of 50 Hz Engines complies with Stage II and Stage III A environmental standards, implemented by the Council Directive of the European Community 97/68/EC / European directive 97/68/EC. In addition, many engines in this series comply with the requirements of TA-Luft (German Air Pollution Control Act) and CCNR. Also, for countries where environmental standards do not apply, engines are produced that do not have a certificate of compliance with environmental standards.
Engine for a generator for a current frequency of 60 Hz
We offer a wide range of EPA Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3, and Interim Tier 4 compliant motors in this 60Hz motor power range. environmental standard.
