Japanese Iseki mini tractors are adapted to the market, so they are durable. Manufacturers promise many years of trouble-free operation, subject to proper operation, proper maintenance and regular maintenance.

 

When starting the engine, do not force the starter to work for more than 10 seconds. Before operation, the engine must be warmed up at a speed of 1500 rpm for 5 minutes. The cars use diesel fuel. SAE 10V30 should be used as engine oil, MGE 46V for transmission, and SAE80 for hydraulic system.

Description ISEKI minitractors are manufactured by a Japanese company that started producing agricultural machinery in 1927. Constantly modifying equipment and using new technologies, the company sought to greatly facilitate the work of the farmer in the field. Having gained popularity due to the quality of the units produced in their homeland, the leaders of Iseki gradually expanded the sales market.

In 1991, the brand management entered into an agreement with a major manufacturer Massey Fergusson for the supply of engines and spare parts. High-torque, working units that left the assembly line perfectly coped with the tasks. The models produced did not become the limit of development, therefore, after 2 years, together with Perkins, a company specializing in the production of diesel engines, a new improved series of D engines appeared. Thanks to this cooperation, the Iseki company began to produce equipment with its own engines, which were distinguished by quality and economy. Iseki company also builds bespoke vehicles in collaboration with major manufacturers such as Challenger. This is the world famous Caterpillar series.

Advantages of ISEKI tractors

As a result of many years of operation of ISEKI tractors, the equipment showed its best side. It has the following benefits:

  • It is possible to use attachments, both rear and front.
  • The axle designs have been improved, thanks to which ISEKI minitractors have a small turning radius and excellent maneuverability on the ground.
  • Small size and light weight of the unit.
  • Everything is provided for a comfortable stay of the driver in the cab: air conditioning, heating system, ergonomic control panel and a comfortable chair.
  • The presence of power steering.
  • Significantly reduced noise and vibration levels, allowing the driver to be less tired after a shift.

Iseki TM

This series consists of light mini tractors with small dimensions. Their motor power can vary from 16 to 25 hp. Thanks to this range, mini tractors are successfully used for both complex earthworks in agriculture and light landscaping functions.

Iseki TH

The TH series is powerful, as the models are equipped with diesel, three-cylinder engines with power from 24 to 33 hp. In such machines, water cooling is installed. The advantages of the models are the presence of all-wheel drive and disc brakes. At the same time, all equipment is easy to repair, and parts are freely available in the dealer network.

Iseki TF

The TF series is designed for demanding agricultural work such as paddy fields. Depending on the model, specifications may vary. Some are equipped with all-wheel drive, while others are front-wheel drive only.

Iseki TG

The peculiarity of the series is that some models of Iseki minitractors have a full-fledged cab for the driver, and some are produced without it. Specifications also vary: diesel engine power varies from 33 to 50 hp, water cooling is provided, and the number of cylinders can be three or four.

Iseki TJ

Professional series of mini tractors, which are equipped with four-cylinder diesel engines with power from 75 hp. Cooling is provided only with water, because the units can work with increased loads in difficult areas under various operating modes.

Iseki TJW

This series of tractors belongs to the professional ones, as they are equipped with diesel engines with power from 95 to 105 hp. Thanks to large wheels with high tread, Iseki tractors are distinguished by good cross-country ability. The equipment is distinguished not only by modern design, but also by the use of the latest developments in the field of mechanical engineering. Built-in automatic systems independently select the driving mode and adapt to the type of soil, while saving fuel.
