Fuse box J\JC1\JC2 Series

1st is a diode preventing from connecting

in reverse.

2nd is a control circuit fuse (10A).

3rd and 4th are fuses for light and horn

circuit. (10A respectively)

5th is light fuse 10A.

6th is spare fuse 10A.

JD1 系列

1st is control circuit10A.

2nd is main contact circuit fuse 10A.

3rd is instrument fuse 10A.

4th and 5th is light fuse 10A.

6th is spare fuse 10A.

INSPECTION:

If fuse is broken, replace with new one. Refer to figure as follow:

a. If fuse is blown, be sure to eliminate cause of problem before installing new fuses.

b. Never use fuse higher than specified rating.

c. Check the fixed bracket of fuse. If rust and dirt appears, polish with crocus paper

till fixed bracket and interface is becoming new. Fuse fixed bracket contacted

abnormally can increase pressure drop and heat; even make the circuit work

abnormally.

Fusible links

A melting fusible links can be watched or touched easily, if it is not uncertain of melting,

use multimeter or lamp to test.

Note :

1 If fusible links is melted, maybe because of short circuit(current is too high). No

matter which reason, please check and eliminate fault.

2 Fusible links can cause heat, do not enlace with adhesive tape . do not put fusible

near other rubber or wiring assembly.

The fuse box is location at the left side of the instrument panel. Before replace a new one fuse, please find out the cause of

problem at first. Please replace the same capacity fuse.

1t-3.5t XF Series Fuse and relay

If the fuse or relay is spoiled, use a new one to replace, refer to the following chart.

Lumped circuit fuse: two piece of 50A fuses

Lumped circuit fuse box is under the lead wire of the battery positive voltage.

There are two pieces of 50A fuses within the box. It protects the lumped circuit of the electrical system. There

are some differences with the lead pipe of different kind of trucks.

When replace a new fuse, please choose the same capacity fuse of the old one.
