Supposed symptoms of malfunctions in the actual operation of the machine

Probable conditions in standby mode

Fault code ( Tech 2)

During engine operation, there are no deviations in the operation of the machine.

Once the engine has stopped, restarting is not possible.

While the machine is running, operate according to the indication of the crankshaft sensor. Once the motor has stopped, it cannot be restarted (to prevent damage to the motor).

P0340

P0341

Output power may decrease, white smoke and vibration may occur .

The engine may stall. (If the camshaft sensor is OK, the engine can be restarted.)

Operate according to the indication of the camshaft sensor.

P0335

P0336

During engine operation, there are no deviations in the operation of the machine.

After the engine has stopped, restarting is not possible.

There is no smoothness in the timing chain and belt rotation, rotation in the opposite direction is observed.

P1345

No specific signs.

When starting the engine at -10°C: (Turn on the engine regardless of the condition.)

When operation is performed at 25°C: (Operate normally)

P0113

P0112

Normal temperature: When the engine is turned on, dark smoke may appear and the burning sound in the engine may become loud .

While the machine is warming up at low ambient temperatures: Unstable idling, engine stall or white smoke may occur.

When starting the engine at -20°C: (Turn on the engine in any condition.)

When operation is performed at 80°C: (Operate normally)

P0118

P0117

Dark smoke appears.

Unable to adjust turbo boost pressure.

P0238

P0237

Effect on exhaust gases.

Since the sensor input is not accurate, it cannot be controlled. Exhaust gases deteriorate.

The EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation ) valve must be fully open while the engine is running.

P0487

Dark smoke appears at high altitude.

Atmospheric pressure 80 kPa (0.8 kgf / cm 2 ), (2000 m above sea level).

P0108

O0107

No specific signs.

When starting the engine at -20°C: (Turn on the engine in any condition.)

When operation is performed at 70°C: (Operate normally)
